Terms of Service
Tend is provided as a personal productivity tool for tracking and improving your relationships. These terms are intentionally simple for launch and may be updated as the product evolves.
Use of the app
- Use Tend only in compliance with applicable law and Apple platform policies.
- You are responsible for enabling the permissions required for the features you choose to use.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the app or its sync process.
Third-party services
Tend is local-only in the current release and does not require a cloud account for core app behavior. The beta website may use service providers for waitlist storage and email delivery.
Warranty and liability
Tend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. Relationship suggestions are informational only and are not a substitute for your own judgment.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
